QLIK SENSE DASHBOARDS

USCIPP International Patient Experience Initiative

The USCIPP international patient experience survey results dashboard is only visible to participants in the patient experience initiative.

What's new

  • Some new questions from version 3 of the survey have been added (where data is available), including the question where respondents are asked to select the services important to their experience. This version of the dashboard also contains the expanded service lines from version 3 of the survey.
  • Home region has been added as a filter. The region is determined based on the home country selected by the respondent.
  • Free text comments are now in the dashboard. Participating organizations are only able to see the comments received by their organization.
  • The overview page has been reorganized.
  • An overall patient experience score has been calculated for each respondent. This score is based on respondents’ answers to 15 questions. Each respondent’s score accounts for questions answered by respondents (e.g., if a respondent did not answer two questions, then the maximum number of points possible is adjusted to reflect these non-responses). The total score is calculated on a scale of 0 to 10. Scores are then grouped into buckets for the purposes of filtering the data in the dashboard.
  • Past response data for home country were cleaned. Responses previously recorded as “other” were mapped to a more extensive list of countries. Note: some responses are still recorded as “other” if respondents did not specify their home country or listed more than one country.
  • The visualization of home country data was consolidated into one graph.

What's next

  • New questions from version 3 of the survey will be added as soon as enough organizations are submitting data using this survey version.

USCIPP benchmarking dashboards

The benchmarking dashboards contain data from the USCIPP annual benchmarking survey. The dashboards are available Premium members and Standard members with a Qlik Sense license.

What's new

  • Visualizations & filters reflect the new regions used in USCIPP benchmarking: “Central America and the Caribbean” is now two regions: “Central America” and “Caribbean.”

Data from the 2022-2023 benchmarking survey are now available in the benchmarking dashboards.
