It is with great excitement that I inform you of the addition of a new member of the NCHL Board of Directors, David Gillan.
Gillan comes to this role as the Chief of Client Retention & Strategy for Sodexo U.S. Healthcare. Gillan is responsible for leading Sodexo’s strategic growth, developing new solutions to support patients across the continuum of care, and ensuring the company provides an optimal experience for their healthcare clients and staff.
On joining the NCHL Board of Directors, Gillan said, “The pandemic has affected our industry in ways we don’t fully understand yet. One certainty is the need for us to better enable healthcare leaders to excel in this changing landscape. I am excited to represent Sodexo in their long term partnership with NCHL as they continue to advance industry standards and innovation for resilient leadership development and excellence”.
Gillan previously served as the Group Senior Vice President for Vizient, where he led Vizient’s non-acute-focused business enterprise, Provista LLC as well as Vizient’s overall supplier management function. Gillan joined Vizient in 1999, following his experiences at an academic medical center and a health care consulting firm.
