In 2025, HCI and NCHL are partnering together to offer more than ever before. Find a full overview of all program offerings below.

 

Healthcare Leader as a Coach

Overview: This workshop provides a deep understanding and practice of coaching as a unique leadership skills for the leader in support of their team. Participants experience a number of excercises and role plays to help solidify the learning and are left with tools they can apply immediately in the workplace.

Time Committment: 17 hours, virtually

Approxomate Financial Investment: 

LENS Premium Members: $2,800

Non-Members: $3,500

Level 1 HCI Coaching Certification Program

Overview: Coach training to become self-aware, wholly curious, and compassioante through the introduction and practice of a conversational model and coach competency tool kit that

Time Committment: 64 CEU Hours, virtually

Financial Investment:

LENS Premium Members: $8,000

Other NCHL Members: $8,750

Non-NCHL Members: $9,500

 

Bridge to PCC Certification

Overview: This opportunity id dedicated to those who have completed the level one coaching certification. It includes 49.5 hours of coaching specific training and mentorship.

Time Committment: 66.5 hours, virtually

Financial Investment: All NCHL Members: $5,500

NCHL and the Groundwater Institute are offering a 1.5-day immersive experience to develop an understanding of Groundwater Analysis.

Participants can expect:

  • A clearer understanding of how institutions, systems, and the people in them are producing unjust and inequitable outcomes

  • Shared language and context that facilitates effective problem-solving

  • Increased commitment to work for change, and intention to develop themselves as leaders in this work

  • Tools, data, and frameworks to more effectively share and put into practice their knowledge

Specific topics covered include:

  • Introductions to the Groundwater Analysis
  • History and Construction of Race
  • Historical Wealth Analysis
  • The Role of the Individual
  • Invisibility of Accumulation
  • Structural Racial Arrangement

Foundational Session on Neurodiversity and How to Support and Supervise Neurodivergent Team Members for Managers

Overview: This workshop offers an overview of neurodiversity, focusing on conditions like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), executive functioning challenges, and learning disabilities, as well as co-existing conditions.

Time Commitment: 6 hours, virtually

Financial Investment: 

LENS Premium Members: $1,500

Other NCHL Members: $2,200

Non-Members: $3,500 

 

Neurodiversity and Supportive Workplace Practices

Overview: Neurodiversity in the workplace includes conditions like ADHD and ASD, which impact communication and team dynamics. Disclosing disabilities can be challenging due to stigma, despite ADA protections. Leaders should create supportive environments, manage difficult interactions, and focus on employee strengths. Offering resources, flexibility, and coaching helps neurodiverse employees thrive. Practical case scenarios can be used to apply these strategies effectively.
