For the fifth year in a row, the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL), is offering our virtual and accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) coach training program. The course also meets HR Certification Institute ® (HRCI) credit hours with the same standard as ICF. The 2022 cohort will launch in April 2022.
This year, we will partner with the Healthcare Coaching Institute and its acclaimed faculty. The Healthcare Coaching Institute provides a unique perspective on coaching in our industry and members of NCHL have participated in their program with rave reviews.
