The NCHL Issues to Action Program helps your organization accelerate the development of an action plan to address a focused, programmatic area or a timely strategic issue through shared learning, and in-depth topic specific intelligence and tools.

Executive Fellowships

The NCHL Executive Fellowship Program is a 12-month individual leadership development program to provide a senior executive with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and competencies through experiences at other healthcare organizations and coaching. As part of the program, each fellow is expected to develop a leadership development plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the sponsoring organization.
